My first Transcription

I’m trying my hand at my first transcription – the will of Robert Tilley d1827 in Leicestershire.

Everyone says that the handwriting is the hardest part of transcription – for me it is the lack of understanding of the legal terminology.

I wonder if there is a glossary somewhere that I can find?
